Dalubhaykapan is a proposed seven-storey L-shaped virology laboratory focusing on human viruses that will serve as a strong public health response and improvement to discover, prevent, and control the emerging and re-emerging diseases in the country. The facility will cater to Biosafety Level cases, BSL-2, 3, and 4, which are required to isolate dangerous biological agents.
